Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product.
With respect to items sold on RohitkVerma.in, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an item correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees with approx. conversion rate in US Dollars. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India
International order shipping charges depend on the greater actual weight or volumetric dimensions of the parcel.
Are there any duties and taxes applicable?
All of Rohit Verma orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Rohit Verma and the courier service takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Exchange, Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from rohitkverma.in is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, Please contact us on rohitkverma.in to assist you on the same.
No refund policy because of the nature of the product but we offer exchange if the order you have received is missing, incomplete or damaged with 2 days of delivery.
International Returns
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at houseofrohit@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
No Refunds on international orders including duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Product Properties and Wash Care
All of Rohit Verma products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products are one of its kind created out of hand processes which involves spinning dying, weaving, and embroidery and dyeing techniques with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect – handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
All garments have to be dry cleaned as mentioned on wash care instructions mentioned on the website and paper tags, also we would recommended please make note of the instructions while placing the order
Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
Variation In Product
Each piece goes through hand processes like hand dyeing, spinning, cutting, and embroidery making each piece unique in nature, hence no two pieces are similar and there is a slight variation in bespoke (made to measure) orders .

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rohit Verma Maison de Mode and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Rohit Verma Maison de Mode.
