All purchases made through www.rohitkverma.in are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing ordered
• Delays in delivery due to shipping or customs

We appreciate your understanding that our products are often made-to-order or involve intricate detailing, making refunds impractical.

Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges under specific, limited circumstances, and only if the following conditions are met:

You may request an exchange if:

• You received the wrong item

• The product was damaged in transit*

• The package is incomplete or missing items

Damage claims must be supported with unboxing video evidence clearly showing the unopened package and the damaged item.

How to Request an Exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the error is from our end.
